Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close with on-time delivery
Prepare and review monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements; support investor reporting
Own the general ledger; maintain system; review journal entries; ensure reconciliations
Develop and enforce internal controls to keep AppDirect audit-ready year-round
Partner with external audit team annually; coordinate docs across finance
Manage a team of at least two direct reports; coaching and priorities

🎯 Requirements

5+ years progressive accounting; full-cycle close and reporting
2+ years managing direct reports in accounting/finance
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA preferred
M&A experience is a plus
Hands-on experience with NetSuite or a comparable enterprise ERP system
Strong written and verbal communication; present financials to leadership
