- Manage and develop staff of at least two direct reports
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close
- Develop and maintain financial record keeping and reporting systems
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements; investor reporting
- Prepare and review ledger entries and reconciliations
- Maintain the general ledger system
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum five years in accounting/finance; CPA preferred
- Minimum two years in management or supervising direct reports
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business admin or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Acquisition/financial integration experience a plus
- Experience with NetSuite or ERP systems a plus
