Manage and develop staff of at least two direct reports
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close
Develop and maintain financial record keeping and reporting systems
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and assist with investor reporting
Preparing and reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations
Maintaining the general ledger system

🎯 Requirements

Minimum of five years’ experience in accounting and/or finance (CPA preferred)
Minimum two years’ experience in management position or managing direct reports preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business administration or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact with all levels
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, follow through and meet deadlines
