📋 Description

• Month-End Close: manage the close schedule, assign tasks, deadlines.
• GL & Reconciliation: prepare monthly close entries and reconciliations.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: consolidate regional analyses for leadership.
• Process Optimization: refine accounting systems and workflows across teams.
• Audit Support: prepare schedules and respond to auditor inquiries.
• Payroll Accounting: record payroll journal entries and analyze variances.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Finance or related field.
• 6+ years accounting/finance experience.
• 1+ years people management experience.
• CPA license.
• Thorough US GAAP knowledge.
• Multi-entity/multi-national with intercompany eliminations and FX.
