π― Requirements
- 5+ years in payroll with multi-state full-cycle processing.
- Hands-on accounting: journal entries, accruals, reconciliations.
- Experience in a high-growth environment building processes.
- Knowledge of multi-state payroll tax compliance (941s, 940s, SUI).
- Experience with modern payroll/HRIS (Rippling, Workday, ADP, or equivalent).
- Comfortable cross-functional collaboration with People Ops, Finance, and vendors.
