🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA-eligible preferred
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Experience managing or mentoring accounting staff
- Hands-on month-end close
- Proficiency with ERP systems (D365, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills
