📋 Description

• Monthly reporting and analysis; review asset accounts.
• Consolidate trial balances; GAAP adjustments per ASC 970/ASC 820.
• Account for investment debt, taxes, and accruals; fair value entries.
• Prepare schedules for audits, tax, valuations; GAAP consolidated reporting.
• Cash and liquidity: monitor balances; approve draws and distributions.
• Transaction support: acquisitions, dispositions, funding, setup.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years Fund Accounting; Yardi Investment Accounting preferred.
• Knowledge of real estate fund structures, NAV, PE fees.
• Full-cycle accounting for portfolios/funds; ledgers in Yardi.
• Ability to work independently; troubleshoot in Yardi Investment Management.
• Strong communication, detail orientation, and teamwork.
