📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end AP; ensure timely, accurate invoicing, payments, and expenses.
• Oversee daily AP operations; build scalable processes for a growing global org.
• Hands-on leader; manage team; partner with Procurement, Accounting, Finance, and vendors.
• Ensure strong controls and compliance across AP activities.
• Impact cash flow, financial reporting, and ops efficiency.
• Drive process improvements and automation to scale AP.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years AP or accounting exp with leadership.
• SaaS/tech environment exp preferred.
• Lead and develop AP teams; set clear expectations.
• Deep AP lifecycle: invoicing, vendor mgmt, payments.
• Implement process improvements and automation; scale AP.
• ERP systems (NetSuite) and AP automation tools (Coupa, Ariba, Tipalti); Excel.
