  • Lead and grow global Account Management across SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise.
  • Own forecasting, pipeline health, and NRR targets.
  • Establish operating rhythms: 1:1s, deal reviews, performance mgmt.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and CS on segment and whitespace strategies.
  • Drive deal strategy, proposals, negotiation guidance, and expansion planning.
  • Hire and develop AM talent; travel up to 20%.

  • 5+ years in Account Management and/or Customer Success.
  • 3+ years leading a team of account managers, including enterprise exposure.
  • Aptitude for technology and ability to work with highly technical customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Track record growing multimillion-dollar book with strong NRR and expansion.
  • Experience with international/global customers and navigating complex organizations.
  • Strong operational rigor: forecasting, pipeline, and team cadences (1:1s, QBRs).
