- 5+ years in Account Management and/or Customer Success.
- 3+ years leading a team of account managers, including enterprise exposure.
- Aptitude for technology and ability to work with highly technical customers and internal stakeholders.
- Track record growing multimillion-dollar book with strong NRR and expansion.
- Experience with international/global customers and navigating complex organizations.
- Strong operational rigor: forecasting, pipeline, and team cadences (1:1s, QBRs).
