- 3+ years managing/coaching teams in Fintech, SaaS, or high-growth.
- Experience leading teams with renewals and expansion in a book of business.
- Fluency in modern finance/fintech; ERPs, spend management, or AP automation.
- Strong business acumen; coach teams to engage CFOs, Controllers, and FP&A.
- Analyze product usage data and drive action through teams.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
