  • Lead, hire, and develop Account Managers to drive revenue outcomes.

  • Act as a technical SME on financial workflows, ERPs, and integrations.
  • Build cadence for pipeline reviews, forecasting, QBRs, CRM hygiene, and deals.

  • 3+ years managing/coaching teams in Fintech, SaaS, or high-growth.
  • Experience leading teams with renewals and expansion in a book of business.
  • Fluency in modern finance/fintech; ERPs, spend management, or AP automation.
  • Strong business acumen; coach teams to engage CFOs, Controllers, and FP&A.
  • Analyze product usage data and drive action through teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
