🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years managing and developing teams in Fintech, SaaS, or high-growth
- Experience leading teams that manage a book of business with renewals and expansion
- Fluency in modern finance and fintech, including ERPs, spend management, or AP automation tools
- Strong business acumen coaching teams to engage CFOs, Controllers, and FP&A
- Ability to analyze product usage data and drive action through team execution
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
