📋 Description

  • Lead, hire, and develop a team of Account Managers to deliver revenue outcomes
  • Own net revenue retention and renewal/expansion strategy
  • Set the strategic direction for your segment; align priorities to business goals
  • Coach Account Managers on value by learning the customer’s business and pains
  • Act as a technical subject matter coach on complex financial workflows, ERPs, and integrations
  • Build operating cadence for pipeline reviews, forecasting, QBRs, and CRM hygiene

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years managing and developing teams in Fintech, SaaS, or high-growth
  • Experience leading teams that manage a book of business with renewals and expansion
  • Fluency in modern finance and fintech, including ERPs, spend management, or AP automation tools
  • Strong business acumen coaching teams to engage CFOs, Controllers, and FP&A
  • Ability to analyze product usage data and drive action through team execution
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
