📋 Description

  • Lead, hire, and develop Account Managers to drive revenue outcomes.
  • Own net revenue retention and renewal/expansion strategy.
  • Set segment direction and align priorities with business goals.
  • Coach on value by understanding customer needs and key decision-makers.
  • Act as a technical coach on financial workflows, ERPs, and integrations.
  • Build cadence for pipeline reviews, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and deal qualification.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years managing and coaching teams in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth.
  • Experience leading teams that own a book of business, renewals, and expansion.
  • Experience with ERPs, spend management platforms, or AP automation.
  • Able to coach teams on engaging CFOs, Controllers, and FP&A.
  • Analyze product usage data and trends to drive action.
  • Partner cross-functionally and influence internal teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field, or equivalent.
