  • Lead and coach Account Managers across SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise.
  • Own team forecasting, pipeline health, and NR targets.
  • Build and refine operating rhythms: 1:1s, deal reviews, performance mgmt.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and CS on segment/whitespace strategy.
  • Drive deal strategy: proposals, negotiation guidance, expansions.
  • Create tools, templates, and playbooks to elevate customer engagements.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in Account Management and/or Customer Success.
  • 3+ years leading a team of account managers, including enterprise.
  • Aptitude for technology; communicate with highly technical customers and stakeholders.
  • Proven success growing multimillion-dollar book with strong NRR/expansion.
  • Experience with international/global customers and multi-stakeholder orgs.
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and team cadences (1:1s, QBRs, deal reviews).
