- 5+ years in Account Management and/or Customer Success.
- 3+ years leading a team of account managers, including enterprise.
- Aptitude for technology; communicate with highly technical customers and stakeholders.
- Proven success growing multimillion-dollar book with strong NRR/expansion.
- Experience with international/global customers and multi-stakeholder orgs.
- Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and team cadences (1:1s, QBRs, deal reviews).
