- Recruit, hire, and onboard ADRs with the tools they need to succeed.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership and Marketing, SalesOps, and others to optimize pipeline.
- Champion Samsaraโs cultural principles as we scale globally.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience.
- 1+ years managing a sales development or similar team with outbound.
- Strategic problem-solving, project management, interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce and Gong.
- Proven ability to train, coach, and mentor ADRs.
- Management experience in SaaS or IoT space.
- Ability to work from our Atlanta office 3 days per week.
- Strong desire to coach.

- OTE: $149,240 โ $170,560 USD.
