  • Hybrid in Atlanta office; in-office Tue-Thu with optional remote days.
  • Manage and motivate a team of 8-10 ADRs to exceed goals through coaching.
  • Leverage Gong, Salesforce, AI tools and dashboards to boost ADR performance.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard ADRs with the tools they need to succeed.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership and Marketing, SalesOps, and others to optimize pipeline.
  • Champion Samsaraโ€™s cultural principles as we scale globally.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience.
  • 1+ years managing a sales development or similar team with outbound.
  • Strategic problem-solving, project management, interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce and Gong.
  • Proven ability to train, coach, and mentor ADRs.
  • Management experience in SaaS or IoT space.
  • Ability to work from our Atlanta office 3 days per week.
  • Strong desire to coach.

  • OTE: $149,240 โ€“ $170,560 USD.
