  • Lead a world-class ADR team; recruit, train, and develop ADRs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4 years leading an ADR/SDR/BDR team in SaaS
  • Experience in API/Software Dev/DevOps space preferred
  • Proven ability to develop and iterate sales processes (MEDDIC, Sandler)
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and teams
  • Comfort with Salesforce and navigating the tech stack
  • Track record navigating large corporate and mid-market accounts
