📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-3+ years in leadership within Account Development or SDR/Sales.
  • Proven track record of overachieving pipeline targets.
  • People developer with experience hiring and coaching entry-level talent.
  • Process oriented; manage CRM hygiene (Salesforce/HubSpot).
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish or French a plus.
