📋 Description

  • Lead and scale the EMEA Account Development team.
  • Execute the GTM strategy for the EMEA market across funnel stages.

  • Oversee inbound routing, SLAs and conversion benchmarks.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-3+ years leadership in Account Development/ SDR/Sales in tech or B2B.
  • Proven track record of exceeding pipeline targets in high-volume outreach.
  • People developer: hire and coach entry-level talent.
  • Process oriented: CRM hygiene and data-driven funnel gaps.
  • Strong collaboration with Regional Sales Heads and Marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
  • English fluency; Spanish or French a plus.
