- Execute data-driven quality strategy to reduce install issues and warranty claims
- Manage timelines, risks, and issues for quality programs
- Collaborate with quality engineering, warranty, training, and member support
- Run weekly/monthly reviews with Final Mile to spot pain points
- Align SOPs with 3PL managers; ensure deployment strategy is clear
- Update SOPs with product, quality, safety, and docs teams
- Own progress updates to team and leadership on initiatives
- Liaise between member support and 3PL Final Mile to address pain points
- Identify opportunities for end-to-end quality improvements in final mile
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, preferred
- 4+ years in Supply Chain/Logistics
- 3+ years leading direct reports
- 2+ years in process development, documentation, deployment
- Advanced Excel; comfortable with large data sets
- Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite
- Looker and Parabola experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Travel up to 25% of the time
