📋 Description

  • Execute data-driven quality strategy to reduce install issues and warranty claims
  • Manage timelines, risks, and issues for quality programs
  • Collaborate with quality engineering, warranty, training, and member support
  • Run weekly/monthly reviews with Final Mile to spot pain points
  • Align SOPs with 3PL managers; ensure deployment strategy is clear
  • Update SOPs with product, quality, safety, and docs teams
  • Own progress updates to team and leadership on initiatives
  • Liaise between member support and 3PL Final Mile to address pain points
  • Identify opportunities for end-to-end quality improvements in final mile

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, preferred
  • 4+ years in Supply Chain/Logistics
  • 3+ years leading direct reports
  • 2+ years in process development, documentation, deployment
  • Advanced Excel; comfortable with large data sets
  • Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite
  • Looker and Parabola experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Travel up to 25% of the time
