📋 Description

• Manage a team of expert ICs with Eng and PM on Datadog adoption at scale.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring top talent for the team.
• Mentor new hires during onboarding to ramp skills.
• Ensure the team aligns to top company initiatives and stakeholders.
• Deliver performance reviews and develop individual development plans.
• Be a trusted advisor to Product Management with field feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience solving complex customer problems with strong observability knowledge.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Experienced in influencing key stakeholders (VPs, C-level) in large organizations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in the monitoring market domain, competition, technological shifts and customer needs.
• Proven ability to grow and develop a team.
