🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of management in technical support or related function.
  • Experience leading a team, including other managers.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Client-centric, data-driven decision maker.
  • Some programming experience and Linux knowledge.
  • Onsite 3+ days a week and on-call for incidents.
