📋 Description

  • Manage, develop, and mentor a fast-paced TAM/TEM team with a player/coach approach
  • Assist recruiting to hire top regional talent; onboard new hires to ramp skills

  • Knowledge of current infrastructure and monitoring technologies
  • 5+ years in Presales / Post-Sales / Consultancy or related customer-facing role
