📋 Description

• Capco seeks Management Consultants with expertise in Non-Financial Risk to join FRRF capability
• Deliver risk transformation and advisory services across enterprise and operational risk
• Act as trusted advisor to shape risk frameworks, controls, governance, and surveillance
• Work on projects for leading financial institutions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in enterprise or operational risk, ideally within financial services
• Understanding of market abuse regulation and trade surveillance frameworks
• Awareness or experience of AI/ML applications in risk or surveillance environments
• Practical knowledge of documenting end-to-end processes and risk/control gaps
• Effective communicator with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Prior consultancy background in a risk-focused role
