📋 Description

• Support risk transformation across enterprise and operational risk
• Document, assess, and enhance risk processes across the first and second lines
• Contribute to market abuse and trade surveillance, including controls and detection scenarios
• Support AI and model tuning to improve surveillance and reduce false positives
• Engage stakeholders across functions to ensure collaborative delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in enterprise or operational risk, preferably in financial services
• Understanding of market abuse regulation and trade surveillance
• AI/ML applications in risk or surveillance; model tuning concepts
• Document end-to-end processes and identify risk/control gaps
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Prior consultancy background in risk-focused role
