📋 Description

  • Lead end-to-end transformation across Life & Pensions from strategy to delivery
  • Define business requirements; run workshops; translate regulatory drivers into artefacts
  • Manage project plans, governance, RAID, budgets, and stakeholder communications
  • Support testing strategy, UAT coordination, and benefits tracking
  • Partner with biz and tech teams to align operating model, processes and system changes

🎯 Requirements

  • Life & Pensions change delivery experience (consulting or industry)
  • Strong Business Analysis: requirements, process mapping, TOM design; delivery
  • Proven success in regulatory, operational, or tech transformation
  • Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery
  • Strong comms and stakeholder engagement across biz and tech
  • PRINCE2 / PMP / BCS BA or similar certification
