🎯 Requirements
- Life & Pensions change delivery experience (consulting or industry)
- Strong Business Analysis: requirements, process mapping, TOM design; delivery
- Proven success in regulatory, operational, or tech transformation
- Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery
- Strong comms and stakeholder engagement across biz and tech
- PRINCE2 / PMP / BCS BA or similar certification
