• Experience with Basel, IFRS9, BCBS-239.
• Practical risk assessments, target operating model design, and control implementation.
• Ability to analyse emerging risk trends and recommend improvements.
• Clear communication to stakeholders at all levels.
• Track record delivering risk and regulatory change projects in financial services.
