- Demonstrable experience delivering business-led or tech-enabled transformations
- Ability to bridge business and tech stakeholders in regulatory environments
- Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Guidewire, Sequel, or legacy policy/claims systems
