Collaborate with customer business and IT to understand requirements
Guide customers in adopting Vault and best practices
Liaise with customers and cross-functional teams to align delivery

🎯 Requirements

Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
5+ years configuring, supporting, and implementing software
Experience in customer-facing roles and managing expectations
Quickly understand client requirements and articulate solutions
Proven ability to work remotely and independently for multiple clients
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
