  • Own the Managed Marketing service, including performance and profitability.
  • Review current service, processes and tooling to improve scalability.
  • Define a clear vision for Managed Marketing within the Flipdish ecosystem.
  • Own PPC across Google Ads; optimize structure, budgets and results.
  • Design scalable onboarding and automated reporting; dashboards.
  • Own P&L, forecasting and capacity models; track margins.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in performance, growth, or digital marketing.
  • Extensive PPC experience with Google Ads and Meta across multiple accounts.
  • Experience building scalable campaign management and reporting systems.
  • Experience designing automated reporting with Looker Studio and Canva.
  • Strong commercial awareness with forecasting, pricing or profitability decisions.
  • Agency or freelance background managing multiple clients is a plus; hospitality desirable.
