Managed Data Services Lead - Enterprise Account

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end data submission cycle for enterprise accounts.
• Lead a team for day-to-day submission tracking, outreach, and workflow management.
• Establish and oversee internal review for data exceptions and remediation.
• Drive resolution of data quality issues across real estate financial data types.
• Serve as final escalation point, ensuring well-documented issues for the client.
• Champion governance, data mapping, and reporting templates across provider base.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10 years in real estate data management, financial reporting, or managed services.
• Strong foundation in property-level financial data (GL, TB, loans).
• Experience leading teams in high-volume data operations with multiple stakeholders.
• Senior client-facing experience; escalations and executive reporting.
• Hands-on with data providers and data submission platforms; SLA-driven delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate data issues clearly.
