As part of the Operations Division, you will join the Business Operations team. This role is central to our strategy, acting as a catalyst for efficiency and innovation within the department.

Your mission is to drive operational excellence across the Operations division by leading transformation projects and implementing efficiency improvements, especially through the use of AI and automation.

Key responsibilities✨

Lead Transformation Projects: Manage a portfolio of operational and business transformation projects for the Operations division, ensuring successful completion and adoption.

Drive Process Optimization & Automation: Act as the primary expert for leveraging AI and automation tools (specifically n8n) to measurably enhance operational efficiency.

Analyze Business Performance: Develop KPIs and build dashboards to track Operations performance and inform critical business decisions.

Provide Operational Support: Support the Operations division teams through targeted data analysis, process improvements, and tool troubleshooting.

Shape Strategic Planning: actively contribute to the development of the Operations division's vision and long-term strategic priorities.

About you 🧑‍🚀

Experience: You have a strong background in Project Management and Change Management, combined with sharp Business Acumen.

Technical Skills: You possess Advanced Excel / SQL skills and have an intermediary level in Looker for data visualization.

Automation Expert: You are proficient with AI tools and automation platforms like n8n.

Communication: You are skilled in Stakeholders management and Communication Strategy, capable of driving adoption for new tools and processes.

Languages: You speak English at a native level.

First call with our Talent Acquisition Manager Claudia to better understand your background and aspirations (30-45 minutes).

Interview with your future manager Camille Arnoult to delve into your experience and the specifics of the role (45-60 minutes).

Home assignment to complete, which will be evaluated to assess your analytical and strategic skills.

Final interview with a C-level executive to discuss Malt’s long-term vision.
