  • Lead cross-functional revenue initiatives from concept to deployment and measurement.
  • Dive into sales data (Salesforce, Sigma, and tools) to report revenue acceleration to leadership.
  • Manage compensation, order data, and processes; deploy efficiency improvements.
  • Serve as trusted partner to BDR, AM, and VE teams, enabling improvements and programs.
  • Own the full lifecycle of initiatives with cross-functional alignment; measure adoption and impact.
  • Continuously monitor deployed initiatives and iterate to ensure effectiveness and revenue impact.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 1+ years in Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM role in a B2B SaaS.
  • High proficiency in Salesforce for reporting and analysis, plus BI experience with Sigma.
  • Proven experience supporting B2B sales teams with cross-functional projects and leadership.
  • Familiar with the revenue stack: Salesloft/Outreach, ZoomInfo/Clay, and LMS tools.
  • Interest in AI with understanding of LLMs/AI automation for revenue processes.
  • Analytical mindset; combines data with qualitative feedback to root causes.
