- Fluent in German and English; comfortable with CTO on architecture and CFO on TCO
- Disciplined account planner; builds executive relationships over years
- Fluent in MEDDPICC
- Able to articulate AI and modern web tech; lead conversations with senior leaders
- Value seller who leads with business outcomes
- Disciplined forecaster and tight pipeline hygiene
