Maintain general maintenance tasks (appliance repair, electrical, HVAC, plumbing).
Maintain exterior curb appeal and grounds cleanliness.
Assist daily upkeep of pools, spas, laundry, recreation areas, and restrooms.
Ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3-5 days of vacancy.
Respond to tenant service requests within 24 hours.
Notify Community Manager of delays caused by part orders or other factors.

🎯 Requirements

1-2 years hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
General computer skills and mobile device usage required.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Superior customer service skills and ability to manage difficult situations.
Ability to work independently.
Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
