Maintenance Technician - Roving Temporary

📋 Description

• Perform maintenance: preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency work as directed.
• Carry out appliance, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool, custodial tasks.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and grounds; walk property daily; stock pet stations.
• Assist in daily pool/spa, laundry, recreation, rental office, restrooms, and common area upkeep.
• Maintain high standards of resident service and ensure a clean, safe community.
• Ensure apartments are ready after vacancies; manage inventory and PPE compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Property maintenance experience; 1-year certificate or 2 years related exp.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
