- Provide maintenance across the property: preventive, corrective, and emergency under the Community Manager.
- Perform appliance repair, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool, and custodial work as needed.

- Assist in daily pool/spa maintenance, laundry, recreation, rental office, restrooms, and common areas.
- Ensure apartments are ready after vacating; maintain PPE and safety standards.
- On-call emergency service as needed; communicate with Site Management; maintain inventory of tools and PPE.
🎯 Requirements
- Property maintenance experience; 1-year technical school cert or 2 years related experience.
- Valid driver's license; travel between properties required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- A positive attitude.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
