Maintain a clean, safe, well-maintained community for residents.
Prepare apartments for move-ins and move-outs.

🎯 Requirements

Previous property maintenance experience; 1-year certificate or 2 years related experience.
Valid driver's license in good standing; travel between properties.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
A positive attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent.
