Maintain exterior curb appeal and grounds; walk property daily.
Assist pool/spa, laundry, recreation, and common area upkeep.
Ensure timely maintenance requests, within 24 hours.
Adhere to preventive maintenance directives and safety programs.
Assist in move-in/move-out inspections and inventory control.

🎯 Requirements

Previous property maintenance experience; 1-year certificate or 2 years related.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
A positive attitude.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Attention to detail and strong communication.
Ability to work independently with good judgment.
