Maintenance Technician (Residential)

📋 Description

• Respond to tenant/building work orders within 24 hours.
• Complete preventive maintenance in-house per schedule.
• Repair HVAC units, electrical outlets, plumbing, and fixtures.
• Replace HVAC filters and verify thermostat settings.
• Make-ready vacant units and assist with preparing units for rental.
• Adhere to CIM safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• One to three years’ facility maintenance or mechanical repair experience.
• HVAC experience required.
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification (Pool Certification at hire or within 90 days).
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
