Maintenance Technician (Overnight) 6pm - 6am

📋 Description

• Maintain, adjust, and repair plant machinery to meet standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment (conveyors, forming, ovens).
• Diagnose electrical problems; follow safety rules and PPE.
• Generate work orders and parts requests; maintain PM schedules.
• Operate forklifts and related equipment; follow GMP and food safety.
• Maintain equipment per diagrams and manufacturer specs; document PMs.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in the food manufacturing industry.
• 4 years as an experienced maintenance mechanic.
• PLC experience is a plus.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends.
• Knowledge of food-grade welding and fabrication techniques.
• Own a full set of hand and power tools.
