🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in food manufacturing
- 4 years as maintenance mechanic
- PLC experience is a plus
- 12-hour shifts; weekends/overtime
- Read manufacturing specs and schematics; electrical knowledge a plus
- Welding/fabrication skills (MIG/TIG) and ability to read schematics
