Maintenance Technician (Overnight) 6pm - 6am

📋 Description

• Maintain and repair plant equipment to industry standards.
• Troubleshoot conveyors, ovens, mixers, and related machinery.
• Follow OSHA safety rules and use PPE in production.
• Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, 12‑hour shift.
• Schedule PMs, complete work orders and documentation.
• Use mechanical, pneumatic processes and basic welding.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in the food manufacturing industry.
• 4 years as a skilled maintenance mechanic.
• PLC experience is a plus.
• Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts, weekends.
• Follow manufacturing specs and schematics.
• Knowledge of food-grade aluminum and stainless welding.
