- Follow work instructions and OSHA safety rules; use PPE and safety equipment
- Diagnose problems, replace parts, test and adjust for high-speed production
- Diagnose and repair electrical functions
- Prioritize and triage in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain equipment per diagrams and manufacturer specs; follow PMs
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the food manufacturing industry
- 4 years of experience as an experienced level maintenance mechanic
- PLC experience is a plus
- Able to work rotation 12-hour shift including weekends and overtime
- Ability to follow manufacturing specifications and schematics
- Knowledge of food-grade aluminum and stainless-steel welding techniques
