Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments
Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed
Maintain property grounds on a daily basis
Help maintain appearance of community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas
Collaborate with maintenance team to keep property running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

At least 1 year of apartment/residential maintenance experience
No HVAC certification/experience required
EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and HVAC troubleshooting is a plus
Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
Able to work independently while being a reliable team member
Fast-paced environment: prioritizing tasks

🎁 Benefits

Pay: $21.50/hour; $22.50/hour with EPA certification
Stay Bonus: 3 bonuses - $100 after 30, 60 and 90 days
