- Complete turn/make-ready process of vacant apartments
- Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed
- Maintain property grounds daily
- Help maintain appearance of community, including amenities and pool areas
- Collaborate with maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly
🎯 Requirements
- At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience
- EPA certification (Type II or Universal) is a plus
- HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience is a plus
- Proficient with Outlook and work order systems
- Ability to drive a golf cart
- Lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round
