🎯 Requirements
- At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience
- No HVAC certification/experience required
- EPA Type II or Universal certification and HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience is a plus
- Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
