🎯 Requirements
- 1 year of apartment/residential maintenance experience
- No HVAC certification/experience required
- EPA Type II or Universal certification a plus
- HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience preferred
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Lift up to 75 lbs and climb stairs/ladders
- Comfortable using Outlook and work order systems
