Maintenance Technician (Make Ready) - Seasonal Temp Full Time

📋 Description

• Position: Maintenance Make Ready Technician (Seasonal, full-time)
• Complete turn/make-ready process of vacant apartments
• Assist team with maintenance work orders
• Maintain property grounds daily
• Maintain appearance of the community, including amenities and pool
• Collaborate with maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of apartment/residential maintenance experience
• No HVAC certification required
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) is a plus
• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks

🎁 Benefits

• Pay: $20.50/hr; $21.50/hr with EPA cert
• Stay Bonus: $100 after 30/60/90 days
• Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hrs/week)
• Optional on-call rotation with bonus
