🎯 Requirements
- 1+ year apartment/residential maintenance experience
- EPA Type II or Universal certification; HVAC troubleshooting a plus
- No HVAC cert required if willing to train toward certification
- Strong customer service mindset
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
🎁 Benefits
- Pay: $18–$19/hr (EPA cert may raise to $19)
- $1,500 sign-on bonus
- On-call pay: $150/week + $150/holiday
- Quarterly bonus up to $980
