🎯 Requirements
- At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience
- No HVAC certification required if you're willing to train toward certification
- EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and hands-on HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience is a plus
- Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
- Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems)
🎁 Benefits
- $1,500 sign-on bonus
- Pay: starting at $18/hour or $19/hour with EPA certification
- On-call pay: $150/week plus $150 per holiday
