- Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments
- Assist team with maintenance work orders
- Maintain property grounds on a daily basis
- Help maintain appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly
- Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm; rotating on-call schedule
🎯 Requirements
- At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience
- No HVAC certification required if you are willing to train toward getting certified
- EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and hands-on HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience is a plus
- Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
